Poker Club HQ (“we,” “us” or “our”) makes software for planning and running poker tournaments. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our apps and websites (the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we collect what we need to run the Services, we don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Tournament organizers can add players’ names and, optionally, their email addresses, phone numbers, notes and photos. We store this information on the organizer’s behalf, only to provide the Services. If you add players, please make sure you’re allowed to share their information with us. If you’re a player and want your information changed or removed, ask the organizer or contact us.
We don’t sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to make decisions about you by automated means.
Poker Club HQ uses cookies and browser storage only where they are needed to run the app, like keeping you signed in and protecting against abuse. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Mixpanel receives the screens you open and the actions you take, your browser and device type, and your IP address, which it uses to estimate your country and city. We don’t send Mixpanel your name, email address or account ID. On the web, Mixpanel stores nothing on your device and gets a new random ID each time the page loads, so it can’t recognize you on a later visit. In our mobile apps, it keeps a random ID on your device. Sentry reports include your account’s user ID, never your email address, and on the web your IP address.
We don’t track you across other websites, so we don’t respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Your data is encrypted in transit and stored with Google Cloud, which encrypts it at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee the security of information sent over the internet.
We keep your information while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your data from our cloud. A copy stays on your device until you delete it there or remove the app. You can also ask us to delete your data by emailing support@pokerclubhq.com.
The Services are not directed at anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental consent. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in the United States, and so are our service providers’ systems that store your information. Where your information is transferred from another country, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

To exercise a right, email us at legal@pokerclubhq.com. We may need to verify your identity first. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission. We won’t treat you differently for exercising a right. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you may reply to appeal our decision.
Our legal bases for processing your information are: performing our contract with you (for example, running your account); our legitimate interests (for example, security, fixing bugs, understanding how the Services are used, and telling you about the Services); complying with the law; and your consent, where we ask for it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, though we’d appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
Under the LGPD, you also have the right to confirm whether we process your information, to learn which parties we share it with, and to have unnecessary or excessive information anonymized, blocked or deleted. Our legal bases are those listed above for the EEA and UK. We will respond to your request within 15 days.
Residents of some U.S. states have the rights listed above, plus the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We don’t sell or share personal information for that purpose, and we don’t disclose it to third parties for their own direct marketing.
We may update this policy as the Services and the law change. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
